Service 03 — DevOps

Ship faster. Break less.

CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code, and automation that turn deploys from an event into a non-event.

The problem

Deploys are still an event. They shouldn't be.

Friday releases, configs living in a shared doc, a build that only works on one laptop, and a rollback procedure that starts with "does anyone remember…"

What we do

We automate until deploying is boring.

Pipelines that test and ship on every push. Infrastructure described in code, reviewed like code. Rollbacks measured in seconds, not Sundays. Boring is the point — boring means it works.

Capabilities

What's included.

We build the pipeline your team will actually use — not a 40-stage monster nobody understands.

01

CI/CD pipelines

GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or Jenkins — build, test, and deploy automatically on every push. Green means shipped.

02

Infrastructure as code

Terraform/OpenTofu, Ansible, Pulumi. Your whole stack lives in Git — reviewed, versioned, and reproducible.

03

Testing gates

Lint, unit, integration, e2e — automated in the pipeline. Broken code stops at the merge request, not production.

04

Release management

Rolling deploys, blue/green, or canary — chosen for your risk profile. Rollbacks in under a minute, always.

05

Environment parity

Dev, staging, and prod that actually match. If it works locally and breaks in prod, we fix the gap — not the symptom.

06

Developer experience

Self-serve preview environments and shortcuts. Your devs spend their day coding, not configuring pipelines.

Onboarding

From manual to automated, step by step.

We start where the pain is — usually the deploy — then widen from there.

01

Map the flow

We trace how code becomes production today — every manual step, every undocumented dependency.

02

Automate the pipeline

CI/CD that builds, tests, and ships. The first automated deploy is the scariest; after that it's routine.

03

Codify the infra

Servers, configs, and environments move into code. Provisioning becomes a pull request.

04

Measure & iterate

Deploy frequency, failure rate, recovery time — tracked and improved monthly. Numbers, not vibes.

FAQ

Straight answers.

GitHub Actions or GitLab CI?
Wherever your code lives. We default to GitHub Actions and GitLab CI because they're managed and simple — but we've run Jenkins, CircleCI, and Buildkite too. We recommend honestly, we don't upsell.
Can you fix our existing pipeline?
Yes — and we usually don't need to rebuild it. We find why it's flaky, slow, or skipped, fix the root cause, and add the gates that should have been there.
Do you handle on-call for deployments?
We own the pipeline and respond to pipeline incidents as part of the service. Release on-call for the app itself is your team's call — we set up the runbooks either way.
